Kindergarten Wing
Our Kindergarten wing is a beautiful and colourful world that cradles the tiny tots and provides them the perfect atmosphere to grow and learn in the most natural way. Swings, slides, tricycles, imported wooden toys, teaching aids, a separate play field for them are all things that provide the kids an environment where they love to come everyday. A gym for these kids also helps them to play and get awareness about health.
The system followed being informal, the budding ones learn through play way method. To make learning joyful, the air conditioned class rooms of nursery and educational toys and other educational materials supported by a team of competent and creative faculty.
The beautiful lush green garden in the school help the students to play and learn about the natural surroundings.
Laboratories
The school has immaculately furnished laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics , Fine Arts and activity rooms for performing arts.
Computer Lab
Computer education is an integral part of education from class I onwards. Keeping this in mind there are separate schedule for senior, middle and primary classes while Nursery & KG students use computers for basic knowledge in their wing only. Computer education helps students in other subject too.
Audio-Visual Aids
With the changing world at an accelerated rate, the need of modern teaching aids like LCD Projectors, interactive boards, Music system, Internet, Skype etc. have become the necessity of the present time. These are used to make the teaching more effective. There are well equipped Audio-Visual rooms for this purpose.
Reading Room/ Library
The school library is a learning resource centre in the widest sense as it houses information resources, expansive reading material and digital data. The library is well stocked with a wide collection of books, magazines and CDs on a variety of subjects.
The school library fosters the development of life-long learning abilities and love for reading in the students. It also provides teachers with instructional material and professional resources.
Counselling Cell
Counselling is needed to help the students for optimum achievement and adequate adjustment in the varied life situations. Counselling sessions are offered to students who are undergoing a problem and need professional help to overcome it. The specialized cell provides training in personality development and handling exceptional groups of children. It involves techniques like active listening, empathic understanding releasing the pent up feelings and confronting the child.
Tech Savvy Classrooms
In this age of technological advancement, it is imperative to bridge the technological gap and make teaching and learning tech savy. Our tryst with technology opened yet another avenue to cruise through and accomplish our aim. Most of the classrooms have been equipped with SMART BOARDS to provide a stimulating environment to our students. Hence using the most advanced audio and visual learning technology, our school makes education effortless and effective.
Sports
School experience cannot be complete without enough participation on the sports ground. Sports and games are important for the all-round development of children. In this age when outdoor activities are being replaced by TV and play stations,we have set up magnificent sports facilities for the children and provide an ideal environment in which the students participate in the outdoor games like Volleyball, football, cricket , kho-kho, yoga, skipping, tae-kwando, skating etc, and indoor games like table tennis, chess, carom, etc to develop physical faculties and a spirit of team work,perseverance and leadership.
The School Infirmary
The school provides the suggested First-Aid to treat minor ailments and injuries in case of emergency the students requiring special medical attention are refueled to a nearby hostpital.
The parent should inform the school their ward’s specific problem, if any.
Teacher Training
In order to impart education effectively,the teachers also receive training and guidance from time to time.There are workshops, training programmes and seminars throughout the year to enhance their personality ,teaching skills and knowledge.Teachers attend subject-related workshop and also those based on skills like cooperative learning and human resource development.
