1. Late Fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged per week in case of non-payment of Quarter fee after due date.

2.Fee for the last quarter i.e. (Jan-Mar) should be deposited by 15th Jan mandatorily.

3. Fee will not be refunded in any case.

4.Pay fees for the whole year and get a concession of 6% in composite fee.

5.Documents Required at the time of Admission: Birth Certificate, TC, Report Card, Aadhar Card (Student, Father, Mother), Photograph of Parent’s (Joint), Student Photo.

• RGPS Entrance Test score

• Previous year’s final examination percentage

Weightage

• Entrance Test: 60%

• Previous Year’s Percentage: 40%

CAS = (Entrance Test × 0.60) + (Previous Year % × 0.40)

CAS Range Admission Fee Concession 60% to 100%

•Below 60% No concession

Minimum Requirements

• To qualify for any admission fee concession, a student must secure a minimum of 50% in the RGPS Entrance Test.

• For overall admission to RGPS, students are generally required to have secured a minimum of 50% in their previous year’s final examination, subject to class-level requirements and seat availability.

Discretion

• Applications within 2% of a slab threshold may be reviewed by the admission committee.

• The committee’s decision is final.

Applicability

• Concessions apply only to the admission fee.

• RGPS reserves the right to revise this policy as required.

Note-The composite Fee is subject to an increase in session 2027-2028 in accordance with the UP Government Fee Regulation Act.
