School Timings :
Kindergarten : 8:00 AM to 12:30 Noon
Std. I to XII : 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Half day will be observed on last working day of every month and dispersal time – 11:00 AM
In case of any change in the above timings, your wards will be informed in writing, or by SMS/email.
Time to meet the Principal : Parents are advised to seek prior appointment to meet the Principal.
Time to meet the Teachers : Parents may meet the teachers on the days of parents teachers meeting. Parents must take a prior appointment to meet the teachers. No teacher is permitted to meet the parents during his/her class time.
Parent Teacher Meetings : Parents are requested to attend all Parent Teacher meetings and ensure their presence whenever they are called by the Teacher/Principal.
Fee Deposits : Fees are to be deposited at the School Fee Counter in four quarters. The first quarter fees for new students are to be deposited in school by 15th April positively. The first fifteen days of every quarter is the time to pay up the fees without penalty. Fee paid after the prescribed time calls for penalty or fine.
Uniform, Textbooks & Notebooks : Uniforms, Textbooks & Notebooks etc. would be available in school a week before the commencement of the school till the second week of April 2022, between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Note :
(a) The Textbooks, Notebooks & the Uniform can be purchased from anywhere but the Color, Texture, Dress code etc. should be the same.
(b) Parents are requested to co-operate with the school for any change in timings or other, which will be intimated through written note in the diary, SMS or through digital medium.
